Architecture as Anxiety
A tornado of bricks rushes through my head as I try to keep my composure, Every piece of glass and metal hitting harder than the one before, that's what anxiety feels like to me. Minimalism is the complete opposite of those feelings, so I tried to show how I spiral into panic attacks through a series of photographs. Inspired by Fan Ho's work, I was able to borrow his signature monochromatic colour scheme to have the focus on the subjects only.
